Share The Love: Our New Collaborative File Share Service

Written by Ted Slater on Jan 10, 2012

A Teen Challenge staff member is experiencing a particular problem at her center, and wonders how other centers have addressed it.

A seasoned Teen Challenge staff member feels compelled to share a specific procedure that works well at his center.

Another staff member needs to document something, or submit a form, or apply for a grant. And they’re not sure where to go to find what they need.

These aren’t hypothetical scenarios. Across the country, Teen Challenge centers have been experiencing these very predicaments, and more.

And we’ve been listening.

We’re now happy to announce the new File Share service on the Teen Challenge Staff website, a central place for staff to download (and upload) a variety of documentation. That’s where you’ll find the accreditation standards, a collection of best practices, the Speed the Light vehicle grant application and annual vehicle report form, Light for the Lost assistance request form, and more.

Can’t find a particular file? Simply request it, or cast a vote for an existing request.

Explore the File Share service today by logging into http://staff.teenchallengeusa.com/file_share (center login required).

Take some time to browse or search these documents, and read those that appeal to you. And consider contributing some of your own documents for others to benefit from. Together, by humbly learning from each other, we can become more efficient in our work and effective in our ministry.
